I'm 128 this a.m., okay, but could be lower. I have a cup of coffee, but I make it weaker than in prior days. I have some olive oil on my wheat pita bread. I read in Julia Indichova's book that you should have olive oil, avocado or miso with every meal. Not sure why, I think it's supposed to help with digestion.
