headache

the headaches are starting, i feel a tiny one coming on the right temple. i'm sure it's the coffee. giving that up is worse than giving up sugar or milk or alcohol. i'm definitely addicted.
i think about coffee more than any substance.
i don't miss fast food. in fact, seeing a hamburger commercial last night grossed me out. i've been on diets before, but always craved. this is different in that fast foods and other "low on the food chain" foods sicken me.
there's something spectacular about whole foods that are extremely fresh and it's something you don't notice when you are bogged down on sugar/caffeine and alcohol. even the way food looks now is amazing, it's sensual to me and beautiful. R is going to kick me out soon, I can't stop ooohing and aaahing about every bite i take! drives R crazy.
